Kristen Stewart is “overwhelmed” by winning two awards in two days.
The ‘Twilight’ actress, who picked up the Orange Rising Star honour at the BAFTA Awards on Sunday (21.02.10) and Woman Of The Year at the Elle Style Awards on Monday (22.02.10), is struggling to get her head around landing the accolades at such a young age.
She said: “You go from the BAFTAs to the Elle Style Awards winning Woman Of The Year at 19 which is just an insane concept so I am pretty overwhelmed.”
Kristen admitted she finds it particularly difficult accepting awards because it means giving a speech to a room full of people she admires.
She added: “I would never get used to something like that. A room full of people that you are so overwhelmingly... admiration isn't even a word that's enough.
“It's like there's such an overwhelming respect for everyone in the room and you feel so small, not in a bad way, it puts such an extreme dose of perspective to stand up there and speak to these people.”
