The Runaways" finally hit Hollywood on Thursday night, with stars Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning among those celebrating the rock flick's West Coast premiere.

At the ArcLight Cinemas' famous Cinerama Dome, Stewart and Fanning were joined by Joan Jett and Cherie Currie, whom the starlets portrayed for director Floria Sigismondi.
Taylor Lautner surfaced, getting mobbed with questions about "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse" on the red carpet before dipping into the screening.
