Actress Rachel Weisz, is teaming up with her fiance Darren Aronofsky for a second big screen project - the couple is set to make a movie based on the life of America's former First Lady Jackie Kennedy simply called 'Jackie'. The story of Jackie “catalogs the four days between JFK’s assassination and his burial, showing the beloved Jackie at both her most vulnerable and her most graceful.” This sounds like it could be Oscar worthy material for everyone involved. The script for Jackie was written by Noah Oppenheim and has been a hot commodity over at the CAA office ever since it was picked up a month ago.
Rachel Weisz and Darren Aronofsky, engaged since 2005 and parents to a three-year-old son, both worked on 2006 film The Fountain, with Rachel Weisz playing the leading woman and Aronofsky directing the project. And now Rachel Weisz is set to work alongside her partner again - she will play Kennedy in a biopic directed by Aronofsky The film, is currently in pre-production, but already buzzing in Hollywood circles.
